The hotel's location is perfect. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The folks at the front desk were helpful and warm making you feel at home. Highly recommended!!!

Great value, walkable to venetian fortress area, all the restaurants and lions square. Comfortable clean room and bathroom. No elevator so must carry luggage upstairs.

Smaller hotel in the city center. Clean, helpful & friendly staff. We had a quad room with balcony for our family of four, was perfect for 2 nights in Heraklion. Recommend adding their breakfast in in the morning!

Brilliant located hotel

Room was ready early which was wonderful as it was very hot and humid. No extra charge for early check in. All staff were very friendly. Room was basic double but comfortable and very clean. Air con and safe included and showergel which was a nice surprise. Area looked residential and tired around but felt safe. Excellent location, max 5 mins walk to morosini fountain and centre. We will visit again - great budget hotel for short stay.
