We provide upon arrival a welcome tray with various treats, different types of coffee including coffee machine, coffee cream, sugar, tea, schnaps.
We provide assistance and book transfers from the airport or elsewhere, tours, rent a car, private tours. We are next door to the apartment and guests can call in from 10.30-17.30, or call us on mobile whenever need arises. Free transfer from Heraklion airport to the apartment for guests staying minimum 7 nights. Also long stays are welcome especially during winter months. Baby cot also available upon request. Guests love our apartment as it provides homely comfort and immediate assistance if needed plus it's so close to everything in the city and still located in a quiet area.
