Watermill in Herbeumont with Sauna & Hot Tub

This is an old converted watermill that has been transformed into a holiday home. This beautiful building is located in a quiet corner of the small village of Herbeumont, 14 km from Bertrix, in the middle of the woods. The Semois flows under the house. You have a view of the river from the living room. The house is therefore very suitable for family reunions and large groups. You can enjoy hiking in the region. The castle of Godefroid de Bouillon is definitely recommended. The surrounding nature is beautiful, with many forests and hilly landscapes. The Gaume region is known for its milder temperatures, especially in summer where it is often warmer than the rest of the country. From Bouillon you can make day trips, for example along the Semois. There is also a barbecue outside where you can prepare delicious meals. Equipped for groups of up to 24 people (= no groups of young people) with panoramic outdoor sauna and hot tub.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Mensen let goed op de accomodatie Moulin Nawès Herbeumont Ardennen, Luxemburg, België. Het verblijf is zeer slecht onderhouden, toen wij deur open deden kwam de stank je tegemoet, in het hele weekend is het na herhaaldelijk bellen niet verholpen. Tijdens een telefoongesprek met de eigenaar bleek het toilet reeds de week ervoor onbruikbaar te zijn. Hulp bij het verhelpen of je op een redelijke manier tegemoet komen zit er HELAAS niet in. Zo mensen wees alert! Wij NOOIT MEER.

Heerlijk weekend weg gehad met de familie. Het vakantiehuis ligt werkelijk op een prachtige lokatie middenin de natuur. Veel ruimte en rust. Echter: het huis is behoorlijk gedateerd. Her en der is er wel wat opgelapt, maar het houdt niet over. De waterdruk is erg laag, dus fatsoenlijk douche. In de gerenoveerde badkamers was bijna niet te doen. De tuin is slecht onderhouden. Erg jammer, want de faciliteiten zijn verder oké. Maar als je je een baan door de brandnetels moet waden, is dat niet fijn.

Schöne sonnige Frühlingsferien in Moulin de Nawès.Sehr geeignetes Haus für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Enkelkindern (wir waren insgesamt 14) und hond.Lage TOP: eine Sackgasse, die Semois verläuft neben Ihrem Garten. Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Terrasse und eingezäunter Garten mit 2 Spielzeugen, Whirlpool und Sauna. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren unter Sternenhimmel erfolgreich!Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet: Küche mit 2 Herdplatten, 2 Geschirrspülern, 3 Kühlschränken und vielen Küchenutensilien waren praktisch.Gute Betten, 3 ordentliche Badezimmer mit guten Duschen. Überall Thermostathähne zum schnellen Aufheizen Fernsehraum mit Proximus-TV, WLAN nicht überall gleich stark Alles zweckmäßig aber nicht luxuriös: Möbel im Fernsehraum und Sitzecke etwas in die Jahre gekommen Es gibt eine Tafel mit einigen Anleitungen zum Müllsortieren u Hot Tub benutzen. Dennoch vermissten wir ein übersichtliches Protokoll / Ordner mit klareren Gebrauchsanweisungen für alles. Also mussten wir selbst herausfinden, dass man für die Sauna eine Sicherung einschalten musste. Ich habe 2x angerufen, um einen Defekt zu melden: freundliche Person an das Telefon und sie haben auch schnell jemanden geschickt, um es zu lösen.Die Kaffeemaschine läuft ziemlich langsam, ein Toaster steht in der Beschreibung, war aber nicht da.Sehr leckeres Brot und Kuchen beim Bäcker im Dorf in der Nähe. Auch köstliche "Galettes" oder Buchweizenpfannkuchen, die in "la fille du boulanger" gegessen werden.

Mit Ascension verbrachte ich hier ein langes Wochenende mit der Familie (14 Personen). Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Bewertungen war jetzt alles in Ordnung. Schlüssel über einen Schlüsselsafe erhältlich. Am nächsten Morgen kam der Besitzer vorbei, um Probleme zu erklären, zu erklären. Die Badezimmer wurden erst kürzlich renoviert und sahen gut aus, die Möbel im Esszimmer wurden komplett erneuert, die Sofas usw. im Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls in Ordnung, die Betten waren auch ordentlich, die Auswahl an Pfannen, Geschirr usw. Der Stuck an Wänden und Decken sah gut aus und ziemlich neu. Kurz gesagt, das Haus war gut ausgestattet und entgegen den Angaben der Website gab es WiFi. Und dann die Lage ... unglaublich schön !! Bei diesem sonnigen Wetter war es etwas ganz Besonderes, hier zu sein. Ein sehr schöner Blick über die Semois mit der Brem auf den blühenden Hängen. Die Möglichkeit, schöne Zeit auf und im Fluss zu verbringen, ist natürlich auch perfekt. Der geringste Nachteil ist, dass es in den Badezimmern (noch?) Spiegel hingen und es gab keinen Wasserkocher.

Zum vierten Mal hatte ein schrecklich schönes Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Unterkunft braucht etwas Wartung. (undichte Wasserhähne, keine Fernseher, defekte Nachttischlampen, kaputte Türgriffe, ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen)
