The property is semi-detached and set over two floors. On entering the property there is entrance hall for storing boots and coats, which leads to a open plan living space. The living area has a wood burner for those cooler evening and the kitchen is well-equipped. There is also a sun room with seating and coffee tables, this lovely room takes in the views of the surrounding farmland. Upstairs has two bedroom one with en-suite shower room, and the family bathroom completes the property.



Set just 9 miles away from the beautiful town of Hay-on-Wye, popular for its literary festival, this property is an ideal haven for guests wanting to get away from it all, but is also perfect for those who are looking for adventure, with walks nearby including Hay Bluff Hill and the Black Mountain.
