* There are 2 washing machines in the communal areas NOT in the apartment.Guests are able to access the whole property, check-in is completed using door codes, details are provided to the guest at 9am on the day of arrival.
* Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.*
*The property is accessed using 2 flights of stairs (no lift).
* Please note, our office operates until 9 pm. Should your check-in occur after this time, we regret that we won't be available to address general enquiries until 9 am the following morning. * There is NO parking available however local public car parks can be found a few minutes walk away.
