L’heure d’arrivée, comme indiquée sur e-bookers, n’est pas à 15:00 mais à 16:00. Le frigo ainsi que tous les couverts n’étaient pas lavés du précédent hôte. Il a fallu lancer le lave-vaisselle pour nettoyer tous les couverts et nettoyer à la main le frigo. Pas d’après-shampoing ni de savon à main dans la chambre, les contenants sont restés vides pendant tous le séjour même après en avoir fait la remarque auprès du Service de Chambre. L’ampoule du salon ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée dans l’appartement. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Le SPA n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (pas mentionné lors de la réservation!!!).

Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !
