The Non smoking apartment is equipped with bathroom (shower and toilet), bedroom and living room with kitchenette (fitted kitchen with stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). Your bicycles and your car can be parked and parked on the property. The apartment is located on the first floor of our family house, 1 staircase. The apartment is equipped with laminate and tiles. It has a terrace for relaxing breakfasts and where you can enjoy the sun from noon. The initial bed linen is included in the rental price. Towels are to bring your own. Please note when booking: accompanying children should not be under 8 years.

The kilometer-long and fine-sandy beaches of the sunny island of Usedom invite you to swim in the Baltic Sea and to take long walks on the Prommenaden, along many villas in the resort architecture. The beach and the village center of Seebad Heringsdorf with its restaurants, cafes and the various shopping possibilities can be reached by car in just 3 minutes and by bike in about 15 minutes.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 09:00.

Schöner Urlaub trotz Regen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bilder beschrieben und sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Dachterrasse wegen des regnerischen Wetters nicht nutzen. Der Vermieter Herr Mund war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wald und Meer

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und ordentlich und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Wer Lust auf Meer und Leute hat, ist in wenigen Minuten in den Kaiserbädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unterkunft

Als erstes danken wir Herren Mund , er Ist ein Vermieter wie man sich ihn Wünscht ( aufmerksam , hilfsbereit , sympatisch ) . Die Unterkunft war so wie sie beschrieben wird , das schöne daran war allerdings die schöne beleuchtete Terrasse und die Ruhe zum entspannen und ein Perfekter ausgangspunkt für lange Spatziergänge oder Radtouren. Kurz gesagt unser Aufenthalt war eine EINS mit Sternchen.

Sommerurlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Gothen bei Familie Mund in der Apartment Wohnung 1 untergebracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. In Gothen ist es sehr ruhig und man kann seinen Urlaub wirklich genießen. Ein idealer Ort zum entspannen und seinen Akku wieder aufzuladen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Einen ganz großen Dank noch einmal an Familie Mund. So wünscht man sich Vermieter. C.W.

Schönes Apartment abseits vom Trubel

Gut eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Apartment mit großer Terrasse in ruhiger Lage. Selbst mit dem Rad ist Heringsdorf schnell erreichbar, so dass die See, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe liegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank!
