The modern and bright 46 sqm apartment with tiles (laminate flooring in the bedroom) is equipped for up to four adults. The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, the sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) can be used as an extra bed for two people and a bay window with seating. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (box spring bed). Bathroom with shower and toilet. 

The apartment is located in a beautiful, refurbished Art Nouveau villa and is friendly and modern.  The house is quiet and has an underground car park with a bike storage.  In the basement are washing machines and dryers, these are available for a fee. The 40 km long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 200 meters away. For strolling and lingering, you will find small shops and cafes within walking distance.

Verliebt in den Erker

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2-3 Personen. Alle Einrichtungen im Ort lassen sich gut zu Fuß, besser per Rad erkunden, ebenso die angrenzenden Seebäder. Gut an der Wohnung fanden wir die Tiefgarage und den trockenen Fahrradstellkeller. Aber besonders schön fanden wir den Erker zum Essen, Spielen, Lesen oder einfach nur rundum Ausschau zu halten.

Urlaub in der Villa Waldstraße

Wie schon vor zwei Jahren waren wir auch dieses Mal mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. In der Nähe des Strandes, aber weit ab von dem Trubel auf der Promenade. So hatten wir nach unserern Unternehmungen tagsüber einen geruhsamen "Feierabend" in unserem Domizil. Sehr ansprechend war die Sitzecke in dem Erker.

Es war eine SUPER schöne Woche

Eine sehr schöne, helle und große Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt: nur ein kleines Radio hat gefehlt und leider fand ich ( 1 1/2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 2 Personen und einer Woche, doch etwas wenig. ABER sonst hat alles gestimmt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)
