The modern 3-room apartment (52 square meters) in Paterre with terrace close to the beach (about 50 m) is located on a spacious plot in a quiet location. For bright features 1 living room (sofa bed) with kitchenette (electric stove with oven, complete. Dishes, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), satellite TV, radio, 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x bunk bed), bathroom (bath) / WC. Non smoking apartment allergikergerecht decorated (wooden floors, tiles, natural fiber carpets), pets are not allowed in the apartment. 1 parking space on the property, initial linen rental for 5, - € p. Pers. or please bring your own. The first set of towels is included. A cot and a high chair are available on request.   From approx. August 2019, the municipality intends to renew the Delbrückstraße, from this point on is expected to affect the access to the property. Possible temporary noise disturbances can not be excluded.

Da gibt es nix zu meckern

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich direkt an der Strandpromenade. Schön ist es das ein großer Gartren zwischen Promenade und Haus ist, so das man nicht direkt vor dem Touristenstrom sitzt im Sommer. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da und super sauber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und falls wir das Glück nochmal haben sollten eine freie Zeit zu zu bekommen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Frau Schatz ist wirklich super nett.

Tolle Tage

Wir haben uns sehr der Fe-Wo sehr wohl gefühlt, wunderbar ist die Terrasse, die in der Anzeige gar nicht so genannt wird. Die Lage ist traumhaft! ….und Frau Schatz macht bei der Ankunft ihrem Namen Ehre!

ferienwohnung ist schon ok

gute Unterkunft, leider ist der ess und Wohnbereich für 5 Personen zu klein. nur 1 Couch 3 leute sitzen zur Entspannung auf holzstühle ohne polsterlehne schauen übern grossem tisch fernsehen. keine Spielplätze, endlang der ganzen Promenade, Kurverwaltung, denkt bitte an Spielkinder. danke. mir zu teuer.
