Die Wohnungen und das gesamte Ambiente sind einladend und die Lage ermöglicht es, Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden und auch den Trubel des Strandes und der Promenade zu genießen, wenn und wann man will. Die eigenen Fahrräder können in dem gut zugänglichen Fahrradkeller abgestellt werden.
