The spacious living room is the fully equipped kitchenette with 4 plates stove, oven and dishwasher. In addition, in the living room, the sitting area with 4 chairs. Outside the apartment is a small garden house for free and exclusive use with own BBQ. The initial bed linen and towels is included.

The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house of the owner in a quiet location. The sandy white Baltic Sea beach is approximately 150m. In unmiitelbarer close to bus and train connections, as well as shops and restaurants. With little effort, you can reach the Polish seaside resort of Swinoujscie. Forests and lakes in the hinterland can be well discovered on foot or by bike.     As a partner of the Baltic Sea spa "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service, you will receive 50% discount on the entrance fee to the spa when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa will be closed 14 days in January for maintenance every year.
