The Villa Sanke, renovated in 2016, is located 150m from the beach and only a few minutes' walk from the center of the Ahlbeck seaside resort.

The apartment Sunshine is located in the attic of a 100 year old villa and is modern and stylish. The entrance area leads to the open living area with a sofa bed for 1 person and to the adjacent sleeping area with a 1.60 m wide bed. A kitchen unit integrated in the living area has two induction fields and an oven with hot air, grill and microwave. The daylight bathroom with bathtub is right next door.

Klein aber fein

Die Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist klein aber fein. Für eine Person oder zwei Personen, die sich sehr nahe stehen, vollkommen ausreichend. Das Interieur sowie das Bad wirkten modern und neu, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank brummt und schnauft manchmal, als wenn er ein schweres Leben hat. Geräuschempfindliche Personen könnte das beim Schlafen stören. Die Reinigungstruppe in der Nachbarwohnung war leider auch nicht zu überhören, hier wäre ein Hinweis durch den Vermieter angezeigt. Nebenan wird gerade ein Haus gebaut, daher kann es bis schätzungsweise Mitte 2021 noch zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen.
