The apartment house DĂŒnenhaus Christa is located directly on the beach promenade, only about 30 m to the fine sandy beach. Plot of land completely secluded and quiet. A bicycle rental is located directly opposite. A personal beach chair (seasonal) is provided free of charge. As a partner of the Baltic Sea Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee in the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days a year in January.

Apartment 2:
The comfortable 3-room apartment (73 sqm) in the dune house "Christa" is suitable for 6 persons (standard occupancy for 4 persons plus 2 extra beds). The apartment has a modern and high quality furnishings in the Mediterranean style with cable TV and DVD player, radio system with CD player, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, full kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, etc. ) 2 bathrooms (shower / WC and bath / WC), as well as a terrace with seating. Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. The living room has a double bed. Highchair available. Lockable bicycle storage, laundromat and dryer in the house. Only 30 meters to the beach with personal beach chair. The initial bed linen & towels are rentable as MietwĂ€schepakete (1 set of bed linen, 1 bath towel, 2 towels, 1 tea towel and 1 bath mat) for 10, - € per person. Linen change for the same fee possible. (Please preorder at least 1 day before arrival!) Cot can be rented 12, - € once. (Please pre-order at least 1 day before arrival on request.)   

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 21:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Unsere Wohnung war vom Hof aus ebenerdig zugĂ€nglich. Parkplatz war inklusive und gleich an der Wohnung. Die Promenade schloss am Haus an und der Strandzugang war just hinterm Haus. Perfekt fĂŒrs morgendliche Kalt-Baden und den abendlichen Sternenspaziergang. Die Anreise war maximal komplikationsfrei und sehr herzlich. Wir bekamen regionale Empfehlungen. Gleich in der NĂ€he ist ein gutes italienisches Restaurant, wo es sehr lecker schmeckt. Ebenfalls kann man gut frĂŒhstĂŒcken in einem naheliegenden Bistro Richtung Heringsdorf. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alltagspraktische Dinge standen in KĂŒche, Putzraum und Wohnzimmerschrank zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist gerechtfertigt und wir kommen gern wieder, wenn es einmal mehr fĂŒr uns passt.

Wohnung mit kurzem weg zum Strand

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Das beste Argument fĂŒr die Wohnung ist die direkte Lage hinter den DĂŒnen und somit super. Man förmlich ins Wasser. Leider kein Meerblick und die Terasse ist zum Hof raus aber dennoch alles super.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt hinter der DĂŒne mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und sehr gut ausgetattet, die Sauberkeit war auch ok. Der grĂ¶ĂŸte Pluspunkt ist die unschlagbare Lage direkt hinter der DĂŒne; man fĂ€llt quasi an den Strand und Restaurants / Supermarkt sind in LaufnĂ€he. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, was sehr komfortabel ist. Zu bemĂ€ngeln sind jedoch die abgewohnten und fleckigen Sofas und auch die brettharten Matratzen, die wohl nur Kindern und Jugendlichen einen erholsamen Schlaf bescheren. Auch Bettdecken und Kopfkissen hĂ€tten lĂ€ngst schon komplett erneuert werden mĂŒssen. Auch wenn man am Ende der Saison kommt, möchte man in einwandfreien Betten schlafen). So schön also die Tage waren, so unangenehm und schlafarm waren die NĂ€chte.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und gut mit Geschirr, Putzzeug usw. ausgestattet. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief sehr entspannt. Die Lage zu den BĂ€dern Bansin, Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck ist perfekt, die StrandnĂ€he ein Traum, allein deswegen ist dieses Objekt zu empfehlen. Nachbarn und die Strandpromenade kriegt man nicht mit, man hört nur die Möwen und das Meeresrauschen.
