No pets are allowed in this house.  Arrival on the day of booking is only possible until 19:00.

The comfortable and tastefully furnished Non smoking 2-room apartment (49m ²) with a small secluded furnished sun terrace is for 2 persons double bed and 1 single folding bed for max. 1 extra bed in the bedroom suitable. The modern facilities include a kitchen integrated in the living room (ceramic hob, fridge freezer etc.), a bathroom with shower / WC, 2x flatscreen TV (in the living room and bedroom), the flatscreen TV in the bedroom also has a DVD player, in the living room is a small hi-fi system. Beach towels are brought please the guest. Initial bed linen and towels included. A parking space is available. Quiet location in a small side street, about 3 minutes walk to the beach. No pets allowed.

Sonnenurlaub auf Usedom

Die Informationen zum Objekt, die wir dem Internet entnommen haben trafen überwiegend zu. Ein wesentliches Kriterium, das wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben, war das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine und eines Trockners (mit Münzbedienung). Danach hatten wir auch unsere Urlaubsbekleidung ausgerichtet. Beide Geräte waren aber nicht vorhanden. Es hingen nur noch die Münzautomaten im Gemeinschaftsraum. Das hat uns sehr geärgert. Die nicht gepflegte Hecke um den Freisitz herum machte einen Aufenthalt dort nicht sehr angenehm. Eine bessere Verdunkelung der Schlafzimmerfenster wäre auch schön gewesen. Aber insgesamt gesehen haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Selten so eine ruhige Ferienwohnung gehabt.
