The holiday apartment and the three flats are located on the ground and upper floors of a separate holiday home in the courtyard of a seaside villa, just 200 metres from the Ahlbeck pier and the Baltic Sea beach. In the outdoor area there is a small covered seating area, barbecue facilities, two beach chairs for communal use as well as a bicycle storage room and car park (from 2024 for a fee of EUR 3.00/day). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. As the Ostseebad Ahlbeck is a spa/recreation resort, a spa tax is charged on site. Dogs are allowed in this property.

The flat (approx. 28 sqm for 2 persons) is located on the ground floor of the holiday home, it is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, sitting area, TV and radio), a separate kitchen with electric cooker, shower/WC, central heating and a furnished outdoor sitting area.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. The villages have bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the „Ostseetherme“, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
