The living room has a sofa bed. Extra beds are available on request. Additional facilities include a complete kitchenette (with dishwasher, Cerankochfeldherd, oven and microwave), satellite TV and radio. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Initial bed linen and towels are included. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in this apartment for a fee of 50 €.

After loving restoration, which was completed in April 1999, we offer a relaxing stay in the house Lucie. The parking is located directly on the property. The Haus Lucie is located in the heart of Heringsdorf. In 3 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea beach, the rose garden, the Bandshell, restaurants, cafes and grocery shops. A bakery is located on the ground floor. Also, a seafood restaurant located on the ground floor. The station is about 600 meters away. Pets are allowed only after telephone consultation and a fee of 50 Euro. A cot can be provided on request.

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Absolut heruntergekommen und absolut unsauber! Kein W-LAN, obwohl es eins geben soll! In den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt wurde der Hausflur nicht geputzt und gesaugt! Die Aschenbecher am Vorder-und Hintereingang waren von der Ankunft bis zum Ende überfüllt! Gefrierfach schließt nicht mehr richtig! Kühlschranktür defekt! Gläser in Tassen waren zu wenig und von jeder Sorte eine vorhanden! Also absolut lieblos eingerichtet und nur auf Auslastung eingestellt!

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck.dadurch das die wohnung über restaurants liegt, kommt es leider zu lärmbelästigungen in der Nacht. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.
