The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).
The apartment Merilyn is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa and has a south-facing spacious terrace. The living room furnished in modern chic design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace. A stove invites you to spend cozy evenings.

Sehr schöne Fewo nahe Weimar

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 für drei Tage zu Gast in dieser sehr geschmackvoll restaurierten und eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und können diese nur empfehlen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist von Wald umgeben. Sowohl Weimar als auch Erfurt sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
