Die Lage ist top. Strandzugang in 1 min. erreichbar, Strandbar/ Imbiss vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß. Die vorhandene Treppe in das OG ist sehr steil, nichts für Ältere und kleine Kinder. Auf der Schlafcouch im OG möchte man nicht sitzen, geschweige denn schlafen (durchgesessen, sollte gereinigt werden). Des weiteren steht im OG nur ein Einzelbett, obwohl genügend Platz für ein Doppelbett wäre. SZ: ausreichend Platz, Doppelbett, Schränke Die Matratzen sollten dringend erneuert werden (absolut durchgelegen). Wohnraum/Küche: ausreichend Nur 2 Herdplatten vorhanden, Küchenzeile: sehr klein, kein Geschirrspüler, Couch bedarf einer Reinigung, sonstige Ausstattung: gut und ausreichend. Bad: veraltete Dusche (hoher Ein-/Austritt), Platz ausreichend. Wintergarten: Fenster zum Öffnen nur mit "sie" ansprechen (Einweisung erfolgt über Verwalter), keine Gardinen/Plissees vorhanden (in anderen Wohnungen existent),somit: freier Blick für alle. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. WLAN: pro Woche/pro Gerät: 10 € Mobilfunkempfang: ja, nein, ja, nein, ja....(also eher schlecht) Schwimmbad: nicht genutzt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lebensmittel: knapp 10 min. Fußweg Bäcker: ca. 4 min.
