The Villa Martha welcomes you.
Quiet and central, only 400m from the beach, this villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Your holiday apartment is located in the 2nd floor. OG and can accommodate 5 people. This is equipped with a large living area, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc ...) and two bathrooms each with shower. The 3. The bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children. The maximum load of the couch is 80 kg.

Eine wunderbare helle grosse Wohnung mit guten Betten und 2 BĂ€dern. Kleine separate und gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit kleinem Esstisch. Vor allem den großen Tisch im Wohnzimmer, wo man 1000 Teile-puzzle liegen lassen kann und den separaten Schreibtisch haben wir genossen. Dazu die Ruhe und StrandnĂ€he samt Blick auf den bewaldeten Kirchberg von beiden Schlafzimmern lassen uns sicher wiederkommen. Danke dem EigentĂŒmer fĂŒr das behagliche Quartier.

Super Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage. Kommunikation mit der Agentur schwierig

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet allerdings muss man wissen, dass die KĂŒche das Nötigste hat, Backen oder fĂŒr große Familien kann man darin nicht kochen zum Beispiel. Schön hell, modern, wunderbare Matratzen. 400 Meter zum Strand sind perfekt. Toll kinderfreundlich mit Spielzeug im Kinderzimmer!!! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Usedom Genießen empfanden wir als schwierig. Nach der Buchung auf FEWO Direkt bekommt man Kosten von der Agentur zugeschickt die höher sind als FEWO Direkt angibt. Hilfe bei der AufklĂ€rung spĂ€rlich. Verschiedene Sachbearbeiter versenden emails mit unterschiedlichen Angaben zu inklusive und exklusive Kosten (Beispiel Parkhaus). Man muss genau kucken und sich nicht einfach verlassen und ĂŒberweisen. Auch der Aufwand alles nachzurechnen und dann auf Differenzen hinzuweisen und alleine versuchen diese aufzuklĂ€ren hinterlĂ€sst ein nicht nur positives GefĂŒhl. Wohnung an sich aber TIPTOP!!!!
