Modern stylish 2 room apartment about 2 - 3 people. Living room with TV, CD dining area and integrated full kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment has a sunny balcony with seating. From the balcony you have a view of the Baltic Sea.

Modern Appatmenthaus in the first row of beaches in the seaside resort Heringsdorf OT Bansin. The car-free beach promenade Kaiserbäder Heringsdorf is located directly in front of the property. Beach access to the Baltic Sea beach can be found right in front of the house! Rent your beach chair directly at the beach entrance. In the house are 2- and 3-room apartments of 40 - 85 sqm. Some of the apartments have a fireplace or their own sauna. In the house there is a disabled 3 room apartment with 75sqm and two bathrooms. The apartments are equipped with large fitted kitchens. Each apartment has a large terrace or a balcony. A parking space can be rented on site or is available in the public area. We run an office in the house for you to look after and hand over the keys.

Resümee Aufenthalt FEWO 10 Strandhaus Aurell

Die Fewo ist solide eingerichtet, sauber und warm Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Fahrstuhl . Wir kennen uns gut aus in den drei Kaiserbädern, die Lage an der Grenze Heringsdorf nach Bansin ist für uns perfekt von da aus kann man sein Auto getrost in der Tiefgarage stehenlassen und direkt vom Strand aus los laufen oder von der Promenade aus. Gaststätten sind ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer der Fewo ist allerdings recht klein um das Doppelbett kann man nicht herumgehen, der Liegekomfort war gut. Für größere Menschen ab 1,90 Meter allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Der Kühlschrank brummt laut und die beiden Fernseher sind veraltet und verstellt. Trotz dieser "Schönheitsfehler", haben wir uns bei unserem einwöchigen Urlaub vor Ort dort wohl gefühlt.
