Mir persönlich fehlte ein Spiegel, in dem ich meine Kleidung ansehen kann... Velleicht an der Innenseite der Tür zur Garderobe? Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, daß der Hausmeister und am selben Tag noch der Handwerker für Wärme gesorgt haben. Danke.

Die Lage der Villa Emmi ist top. Jedoch hat die Wohnung 04 Hinterhof-Charakter. Die angegebene Terrasse waren lediglich ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle vor der Tür auf dem Parkplatz. Vor den Fenstern befindet sich die Treppe zum Fischers Fritz auf der die Mitarbeiter ihre (Raucher-) Pausen verbringen. Der Parkplatz der Wohnung 04 ist für Autos > Golf nicht nutzbar (auch Mülltonnen nehmen dort Platz weg). Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung sollten auch solch banale Dinge wie Flaschenöffner und Schneidemesser gehören.
