The Villa Caprivi is a famous spa style villa directly on the promenade in the seaside resort of Heringsorf. Here are 12 comfortable apartments, all of which are reached through the historic staircase in marble. On the property there is an assigned parking space for each apartment. In the economic area, all guests have the possibility to use washing machine and dryer for a fee. W-LAN is included. The apartment 11 is a very modern three - room apartment on the lake side, it is located in the 3rd floor. Important NOTE !From the 17th From September 2018 to probably end of March 2019, roadworks and civil engineering work will take place in the Neuer Weg and Delbrückstrasse areas. Therefore, the access to Villa Caprivi is limited (up to about 30m). Parking spaces are about 3 minutes walk away for the time of construction. Noise pollution due to construction work is only to be expected in the case of work directly in front of the property. Reductions are granted depending on the harassment.

Villa Caprivi Whg. 11:
The 11C is a modern three-room non-smoking apartment in the attic of Villa Caprivi (no elevator), which was renovated in 2016 and has a modern fitted kitchen and a shower. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms provide plenty of storage space for the guests' clothing.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
