The beautiful Villa Caprivi is a spa style villa right on the Heringsdorf promenade. It was lovingly restored in the year 1998th Seitedem there in the Villa 12 Apartments upmarket with assigned parking space at the Villa. From here you can reach in a few minutes' walk to the pier or the resort center. In the villa washing machine and dryer are available for a fee for all guests. Important NOTE !From the 17th From September 2018 to probably end of April 2019, roadworks and civil engineering work will take place in the Neuer Weg and Delbrückstrasse areas. Therefore, the access to Villa Caprivi is limited (up to about 30m). Parking spaces are about 3 minutes walk away for the time of construction. Noise pollution due to construction work is only to be expected in the case of work directly in front of the property. Reductions are granted depending on the harassment.
