The Jugendstilvilla Germania with 3 towers is located directly on the beach and is one of the most beautiful listed buildings of the bathing architecture on Usedom. The house is quietly located on the beach promenade of the seaside resort Heringsdort in the district Ahlbeck at the Ostender Tor. The promenade with cycle path connects the imperial baths with the center of Swinemünde, 5 km away. The beach with playground is located in the dunes directly in front of the house. The flat falling sandy beach is guarded in the summer, beach baskets are offered. The apartment in the Strandvilla Germania was modern and tastefully decorated and is located in the 1st. Floor, they are bright and light-flooded. The apartment 8 A goes to the seafront and promenade, the apartment 8 B to the south side and has a balcony.
