Sehr schöne , helle , freundliche Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Das Geschirrangebot ist etwas dürftig, leider gibt es kein W-lan , ein Eierkocher wäre auch noch gut und einen Radio haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts noch bekommen. Luxus aber super wäre ein zweiter Fernseh im Schlafzimmer.

Sehr schöne u. helle Wohnung

Vom 26.10. - 02.11.19 Die Wohnung ist hell, mit einem schönen rundum Balkon u. weiter Aussicht, einem schönen Bad u. einer großen Wohnküche, die Einrichtung ist hell u. freundlich eingerichtet, es ist alles an Utensilien da was man zum Kochen u. zum Aufenthalt braucht, viele Schränke u. Kommoden um alle seine Sachen unterzubringen, die Fußbodenheizung tut das was sie soll, in den Betten schläft es sich gut, DIE WOHNUNG WAR PIKOBELLO SAUBER, den Straßenlärm - wie von einigen Mietern beschrieben - ist unerheblich u. die stündlich vorbeifahrende Bahn haben wir nicht wirklich wahrgenommen, für den PKW steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfühgung, ein Fahrstuhl fährt runter zum Parkplatz sodass Koffer schleppen u. Treppen steigen entfällt. Rundum eine schöne u. gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Angela u. Horst aus Berlin

Sommerurlaub in Ahlbeck

Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich der Blick vom Balkon auf die Dächer des Nachbarhauses sind nicht so schön.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die FeWo ist hell u.freundlich.Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben.Sehr großzügig ist auch der Balkon .Für Fahrräder gibt s einen abschließbaren Raum.Und es gibt einen Lift im Haus! Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral.Man kommt gut zu Fuß zur Promenade .In der Nähe gibt es gegenüber einen NettoMarkt u.Bäcker. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch Glück ,6 von 7 Tagen volle Sonne, und das Im Oktober.

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nett und wohnlich eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt für den Aufenthalt. Kindersicher und sehr sauber war es auch. Wir konnten ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl dazu buchen, dass war toll. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Stadt und der Strand waren für uns auch kein Problem zu erreichen.

Schöner unvergesslicher Urlaub

Die Unterkunft in Verbindung mit der Ostsee waren sehr toll und erholsam. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr gut gepflegt und in einem modernen Zustand. Das einzige Mango war die gleich angrenzende Hauptverbindungsstrasse nach Swinemünde und die stündlich fahrende Eisenbahn. Der Strassenlärm war manchmale sehr nervig. Die lärmdämmenden Fenster fingen diesen aber gut ab. Nachteilig ist dies nur im Sommer, wenn die Fenster eher offen sind als zu. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separat abgeschlossen Fahrradraum im Keller des Hauses und über ein Kinderbett was genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt betrachtet, war es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft Die auch für Familien mit Kind sehr geeignet ist.

Die Wohnung ist recht neu. Küchenzeile und Tischgruppe sowie Couch und Sessel sind vernünftig angeordnet. Schlafzimmer völlig ausreichend. Sehr schönes Bad. Sinnvoller Flur und Abstellkammer
