Our apartment house in the Waldstraße 32 offers you comfortable and individual apartments with very nice amenities. The house is completely renovated and has its own parking spaces directly on the property.

The apartment 10 is located in the attic of Villa Malve and offers a beautiful view of the beach promenade and over the rooftops of Bansin.   The apartment is divided into 2 1/2 rooms. In the spacious living room with large sofa with sleeping function and a reading area to spend the evenings with a game on the Xbox 360 with Kinect sensor, an exciting board game or relax with a DVD. Of course, in the apartment are provided games for the Xbox, bed games, books for adults and children as well as DVD's for you. As a special feature, the apartment has a tower room, which open adjoins the bedroom with double bed and can be ideally used as a children's bedroom. Here your child can create his own empire and is still far away. In order to be kissed awake too early by the sun, all bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and awnings for sun protection.   The separate, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine with electric milk frother, dishwasher, dining area and the large daylight bathroom with tub ensure a pleasant stay.   The apartment can accommodate four adults and one child. 2 guests sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room and for your child the tower room will put extra. Cot and high chair are ready for you. New: From the spring of 2019 you will also have a balcony available.  The use of the sauna and pool area in the Kaiser Spa Hotel Zur Post is for two people already in the price. If the bathroom is closed, there is no right to replacement. For each additional person you pay the reduced entrance fee of 12,00 Euro / day. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Baltic Sea spa with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). During your stay, you will have free Wi-Fi. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
