Comfortably furnished with very good amenities! 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), nice living area with modern open kitchen and a chic dining area, furnished balcony. The apartment has a parking space on the property. The beach promenade is about 300m away. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier. By 1900, built villa in a seaside style in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet yet beach-front location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach is approximately 300m. Shops and restaurants are also easily reached within walking distance. All apartments feature a free parking space at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, which is a beautiful view from the results continue building. Sehr unpersönliche und formalistische Abwicklung, kein Service für den Mieter

Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und neu- aber mit Blick auf Hinterhof, Mauern und Parkplatz, also absolut unromantische Hinterhofatmosphäre. Südseite ohne Markise bedeutet sehr warm, im Sommer sicher extrem heiß. Der Eckbalkon ist unpraktisch, weil zwar lang aber schmal. Die Abwicklung ist nur darauf zugeschnitten, dass der Vermieter keine Arbeit und die Vorteile hat: einchecken erst ab 16 Uhr, dafür ausschecken schon um 9 Uhr, Schlüssel muss weit weg abgeholt und wieder abgegeben werden, bei Ankunft um 17 Uhr noch nicht einmal ein Gruß, sondern Gebrummel, dass man ja "gefehlt habe". Obwohl ein Wäschepaket verpflichtend gebucht werden muss sind nur 2 normale Handtücher und kein Duschtuch dabei, obwohl gerade das ja im Gepäck viel Platz wegnimmt. Die Betten haben Inkontinenzbezüge aus Plastik, haben wir entfernt. Das Duschbad ist innenliegend ohne Fenster, also schwül und stickig.

Sehr stimmige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren zwei Paare und dafür bot die Aufteilung der Wohnung ideale Bedingungen. Nur die Anzahl der Gläser war zu gering. Das zubuchbare WLAN kann ich nicht empfehlen, da bei uns weder die Geschwindigkeit noch die Stabilität im akzeptablen Rahmen war. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Trubel aber doch noch dicht genug um alles problemlos zu erreichen (Bäcker, Promenade, Supermarkt). Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen, weil sie grosszügig, sonnig, mit einem schönen Balkon und modern eingerichtet ist.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer modernern Wohnung

Die helle, gut aufgeteilte Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ihre Lage ist prima. Nah am Strand und zur Promenade, so dass es bis zur Seebrücke Ahlbecke ebenfalls nicht weit ist. Die Reiseabwicklung war gut organisiert und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr freundlich. Ihr Hinweis einen Strandkorb (Ansprechpartner nennen lassen spart Geld!) am Ostender Tor zu mieten war hilfreich und praktisch. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau jammern möchte, sei zu erwähnen, dass leider nur 5 Trinkgläser in der Wohnung vorhanden waren, aber ein Griff zu den großen Kaffeetassen hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Ansonsten fällt uns, auch nach längerem Überlegen, nichts Negatives ein. Zu erwähnen bleibt noch, dass eine "normal-große" Spülmaschine (60cm-breit) vorhanden ist, so dass diese nicht morgens und abends laufen muss und auch Töpfe problemlos automatisch gespült werden können. Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg mit der Wohnung und rücksichtsvolle Mieter
