The cozy 1-room apartment No. 10 is located on the first floor of Villa Ostseewarte only 2 minutes from the fine Baltic beach. It has a spacious living room and bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable seating area and a dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment also has a balcony. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). An elevator was retrofitted. A washing machine can be used directly in the house for a fee (coin machine).
The stately Villa Ostseewarte in the style of resort architecture is located just 2 minutes from the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques can be reached within a 5-minute walk. In the Villa Ostseewarte was subsequently built an elevator. Each of the apartments has a terrace or a balcony, in the apartments 14, 15, 16 and 17 you can even enjoy lake view.
