The cozy 1-room apartment No. 15 is located on the second floor of Villa Ostseewarte. It has a spacious living room and bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable seating area and a dining area. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the lake with lake view over the houses standing in front of it. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room.  All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). An elevator was retrofitted. A washing machine can be used for a fee (coin machine).

The stately Villa Ostseewarte in the style of resort architecture is located just 2 minutes from the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques can be reached within a 5-minute walk. In the Villa Ostseewarte was subsequently built an elevator. Each of the apartments has a terrace or a balcony, in the apartments 14, 15, 16 and 17 you can even enjoy lake view. The apartments of the Villa Ostseewarte are all bright and friendly and all have Wi-Fi (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and per device, password protected) and a free parking space. On the property there is a storage room for bicycles and in the house you can use a washing machine for a fee (coin machine). A beach chair on Ahlbeck beach (next possible access to the beach) you can book for your holiday in the period from May to September with us.
