Sun, beach and pine trees - exceptionally beautiful play of light and shadow in front of our beach pearl on the Bansiner Promenade The Villa beach Pearl, completed in 2002, is an exclusive right in Fig.1. Row on the beach promenade in the seaside resort Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments have sea views. In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground garage or Outdoor parking are included. A washing machine and a dryer in the house are available for a fee.
VS 07:
This modern, loving and furnished with many maritime objects one room apartment in the 3rd Floor has a comfortable fold-away bed with spring mattresses and a very well-equipped kitchenette. Sitting in two rocking chairs to enjoy from the glass bay window overlooking the sea and beach. From the balcony, the view extends to the idyllic Schloonsee with its many wild ducks, swans and other poultry. Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. The swimming pool at Hotel Admiral is closed due to routine maintenance. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck and 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs. As of September 2019, the Baltic Spa Card will no longer exist and you will receive the 50% discount with the spa card.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
