In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground parking or Outdoor parking are included. A washing machine and a dryer in the house are available for a fee.

This exclusive apartment in the attic of Villa Strandperle offers fantastic views over the Pomeranian Bay. Baltic Sea and beach are right on your doorstep and after a few steps across the promenade, guests can relax in the fine white sand or swim in the sea. At the spacious apartment has a modern living room - in separate, small niche can aufbetten a comfortable sofa bed for two people there. The living room opens to the high-quality kitchen area adjoins. From here you can reach the idyllic rooftop terrace. The master bedroom has a south west facing balcony and a second flat screen TV. The house has a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for a fee.  Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
