We warmly welcome you to Usedom.
Our exclusive apartment Lena welcomes you on 50 sqm living space at the beautiful Goethe Park. This dream apartment can accommodate max. 3 adults and a toddler and is located on the ground floor of the "Villa Christiane". The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. There is also a travel cot for the little ones and we also thought of a highchair. The cozy sofa bed in the living room is available as an extra bed for a 3. Person available. The electric external blinds ensure a restful sleep in the living room and bedroom. The open, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area invites you to cook and feast together. The mosquito nets in all rooms make for an insect-free holiday. The tastefully decorated bathroom has a bath with integrated shower. The south-west terrace invites you to linger. On the demarcated plot there is a small playground with sandpit and slide for the little ones.
The storage room with the number 4 can be used for brought or borrowed bicycles.
Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
Reside imperially in the Heringsdorf villa district The two stylish villas were built on the basis of the baths architecture and decorated with the typical cornices and pilaster strips. The floor plans of the two houses are identical, with house 1 extending over two and house 2 over 3 storeys, each with an additional staggered floor. The entire design of the buildings, both indoors and outdoors, uses very high quality materials. This increases the attractiveness of the apartments.
