The Villa Seeblick (attic, in the entire apartment are attic slopes). The combined living / dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs, chest of drawers, satellite TV, and a kitchenette with 4-pl. Ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The apartment has two bedrooms (each with double beds 160 x 200 m, only one-side entry possible), 1 x bedside table and chest of drawers. Bathroom (with bathtub WC, mirror cabinet) and the separate guest toilet are only from the comb. Living room to reach. The apartment is for max. 4 people suitable. The initial bed linen can be for 7. 50 € per person. be hired. The initial supply of towels and tea towels are included. A cot and high chair on request. From approx. August 2019, the municipality intends to renew the Delbrückstraße, from this point on is expected to impair access to the property. Possible temporary noise disturbances can not be excluded.
The villa is located on the beach promenade Heringsdorf (direct access possible), in a park-like area, about 400 m from the pier Heringsdorf and less than 100m from the sandy beach. The apartment has a free parking space. Bicycle accommodation only on request. From approx. August 2019, the municipality intends to renew the Delbrückstraße, from this point on is expected to impair access to the property. Possible temporary noise disturbances can not be excluded. Due to roadworks, the property can not currently be used. Parking is available in the Störtebeker Gorge or in the Saarstraße in Ahlbeck (about 10 minutes walk). For loading and unloading you can keep 100m away from the property.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
