The swimming pool is heated from 01/06 to 15/09. However, if the nights are cool, heating the pool does not guarantee an optimal water temperature. You can enjoy 3 terraces facing due west: one of 75 m² around the swimming pool, one of 35 m² which extends the living room, a covered one of 40m². On the ground floor, bright living room/dining room/kitchen of almost 70 m² and "night space" 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/12 m²; 1 double bed/13 m² and 2 single beds/13 m²), bathroom, WC.
