Nestled in a quiet area, it offers immediate access to beautiful forests where you can immerse yourself in nature. For those looking to explore further, Italy and Slovenia are just a short drive away, with Venice accessible in about two hours.

In winter, ski enthusiasts can easily reach the Nassfeld winter sports area, only 15 km away. Built with organic materials, the Dualhaus Apartments provide a cozy atmosphere in southern Carinthia, just 500 meters from the lake. Each apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a balcony or terrace offering stunning mountain and lake views.
