Enjoy time outdoors watching tv, relaxing on the porch swing, cooking on the grill, or gathering around the fire pit for s'mores. This home offers a spacious open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes fully upgraded, featuring quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stovetop. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing while watching the 65" smart TV.

The spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed features a 50" Smart TV and ample storage provided by a chest of drawers and dresser. The master bath includes dimmable lighting, a large vanity with double sinks, a walk-in shower with rainwater showerhead, and a soaking tub for relaxation. Additionally, there is a spacious walk-in closet.
