1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property

6) PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet

7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 12, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

8) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.

10) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can`t use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.
