The apartment offers step-free access and a barrier-free interior. It is located on the outskirts of Herscheid in a rural setting with a view of Nordhelle. The 60 m² accommodation consists of a living room (with sofa bed), a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a DAB radio with Bluetooth, a fan, a washing machine, and a dryer.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and extensive utensils. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and a heat pump. All windows have fly screens and were renewed during renovation. A private grill (including charcoal and lighter) as well as an outdoor area with garden, open terrace, sun lounger, and parasol are available.



The holiday apartment is located in Sauerland, a region with numerous attractions such as amusement parks, sauna village, zoos, and Aqua Magis. In Herscheid, you will find many opportunities for hiking, cycling, inline skating, swimming in the outdoor pool, and exploring several lakes.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace, and events are not allowed. A storage room for motorcycles and bicycles is planned.
