Excellent location. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Only one elevator was working for 7 floors. It had been of service over a week…understand that things do break down but staff would not put a sign on it…so folks kept thinking it was being held up. Pool was excellent. Generally enjoyed the stay. One lane of entrance road is almost half covered in vegetation and needs to be cut back.

Hershey stay

Fairly good stay, was on top floor, very warm in corridors. Very noticeable gapping hole in ceiling outside our room, concerned maybe structural due the way we could not open and force the door to close. Restaurant in are Close to medical center, was easy to make it to our appt.

AC issues

All was good but very warm soon as you walk in the hotel. Went to room and as low as you put the AC down it was not cool enough. Vert uncomfortably sleeping.

Hotel had an overall mildew smell and feel. The first room we were given we couldn’t get into because the door was broken…and the second room we were given felt and smelled like mildew and mold. Upon checkout, another couple told us that their bathroom ceiling was dripping water through the ceiling light. Room air conditioner was inadequate. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly. Refrigerator in room worked poorly. Only one of the two elevators was working. Overall, my family & I did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel. Do not recommend.

Very nice and comfortable, liked the location very close to the Hershey Park. The surroundings had a supermarket, dining options and a TJMaxx for last minute needs.

Basically nice.

The hotel was clean, there was a nice selection for the free breakfast, and the staff was very nice. We struggled to get comfortable in the beds. I ended up sleeping in the chair with a pillow in front of the desk. If you struggle with your own aches and pains the beds could be an issue for you. I would recommend this place as long as you don’t need a particular type of mattress.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that there was no shower curtain in the shower. The door lock was broken that shuts the door. The TV was not working properly. Total static the walls had dirt and grime all over it. There was black mold in the shower, there was food behind the chair And the toilet had stuff on the back of it black stuff and the toilet paper was not changed out was that it was from the previous tenants before us I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the toilet was also loose.
