We got into our room and the floor had not been cleaned there was chocolate spots all over it. 10 minutes after being there the bathroom toilet clogged and overflowed on its own and water went every where. Phone did not work to call the lobby for maintenance so I had to go down to the lobby while the people in my party got our stuff out of the room and I went and requested a new room. Thankfully I could get one but I feel I should have been compensated some for the inconvenience.

Beware: Read the one and two star reviews!

Booked the hotel for four nights due to close proximity of attractions and overall good star ratings. We left after one night (booked another hotel) due to 3 main reasons: filthy hardwood floors, so many spiders, and the tub did not drain. These were common complaints that I missed in between reading the good reviews. I don’t expect hotel floors to be clean, but my daughter’s feet were as dirty as if she were to go outside barefoot. And these were hard wood - not even carpet. The only way they can be that dirty is if they haven’t been mopped in weeks. Literally about a dozen spiders in webs outside the window after the sun went down. All fine except some of them made their way in! My husband felt some crawling on him during the night. We killed one on the window sill and one in the bathroom. The tub kept backing up and wouldn’t drain. The water had a metallic taste when we brushed out teeth. The pool was super cloudy; not clean. The breakfast was sub-par; mostly pantry type of foods (e.g., cereal, muffins, etc.) with some boiled eggs for protein. Not the best but it was included. The front desk lady who checked us in was super pleasant! However, the older lady that checked us out when we left early gave us a dirty look and said we couldn’t get our money back because we booked four nights through a 3rd party (hotels.com) and it’s not refundable.

The hotel is great, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great everything was very clean. The pool was nice. I would stay here again. Also close to the parks.

The room, especially the bathroom was outdated and the bath was a little slippery when we stepped in. The water was very hard to adjust and turned suddenly very hot when my granddaughter was showering, The staff were friendly and hardworking and the breakfast selection was great- everyone loved the waffles- The coffee was extremely good too.
