The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming. We did notice the pool was out of service and the water green. There was no notice of this being the case so had we wanted to use it we would have been very disappointed.

Pool was out of service this past weekend. It was one reason why I chose this hotel as my kids like to swim. Breakfast was good and room was clean! Close to Hershey attractions.

Property was clean, but carpets were worn. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was very noisy in the hallways and was difficult for me to sleep. The bathroom was extremely small and outdated. I am used to better quality from other Hilton hotels. I will not revisit this property.
