Booked our trip in April for June stay apparently pool has been broken for over a month with broken pump…. Booked this hotel for kids since we were in town for soccer tournament. Not ample parking . I have an autistic 2year that could reach the door handle and usually it’s no big deal because there is a deadbolt lock well at this hotel when the deadbolt is locked if you press the door handle it unlocks my autistic child almost escaped within the first hour of being there. I then used the upper lock that allows the door to open but not all the way then pinches his fingers in the door. Security needs to improve! Doors shouldn’t unlock when handle is pressed down. Hotel was clean, nicely furnished, nice hot water! And beds were comfortable . Breakfast is more finger foods

The hotel was clean, the person checking us in was nice and informative. Unfortunately the pool was closed but did look nice. They also are installing an elevator which will be nice when done. The breakfast was okay.

we loved staying at this property! it was clean, quiet, and very nice for our trip to hersheypark. we were just disappointed that the pool was closed since that was why we booked with spark in the first place, but other than that it was great! the woman who checked us out this morning was super friendly as well!

Nice and clean Hotel.

The Hotel and room were very clean. Upon entering our room, it was very spacious, modern and clean. Nice bigger screen TV, bed was comfy. As with any hotel, the pillows were very thin. The stay was nice with the exception of we had a neighbor who at 1 am decided to bang on a door and scream loudly. Sounded like a domestic. We were up from then on with very little sleep. We called the front desk and let them know. 3am, they were back at it.
