The ground floor consists of a modern living area with sofa, flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, 4 ring cooker, microwave, filter coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools. The living area has a large panel windows opening to the terrace and garden with pool. Furthermore there is one bedroom with a large double bed, cupboard and dressing table with access to the terrace with pool, next to it a large bathroom with walkin shower and the laundry cupboard with washing machine. The stairs lead to the open gallery, the second bedroom with a large bed and cupboard with access to the upstairs terrace which has an amazing sea view.
