Niriides Villas are situated in a privileged hill near the beautiful holiday area of Hersonissos. The 9 villas are designed to provide relaxed holidays away from the noisy center of the town, while it is also suitable for those who like the nightlife since Hersonissos with all the bars, pubs, dancing floors, etc. is just 2.4 km. away.
All the villas are in maisonette style while the cozy decoration combined with the traditional elements make the atmosphere unique.
The overnight climate tax is not included in the rates and is payable on the spot upon your arrival. The cost is 2,00EUR per night.
Each villa is self-catering and private offering fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washing machine, iron/ironing board, air conditioning (on extra charge: 50,00EUR per unit of A/C per week), safe deposit box (on extra charge: 20,00EUR per week), a private pool, garden with BBQ and furnished terrace.


"Villa Aktea" can accommodate up to 6 pax. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom at the first floor. At the ground floor lies 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with open plan living room, WC and the fireplace. A wooden oven is also offered at the garden.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Hersonissos villa.
