A spacious home that comfortably accommodates 4 people, fully equipped with all comforts, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large open plan area with sofas. Located close to the famous Stalis beach and all the stores. Ideal of those who want a safe and quiet neighborhood to stay, with taverns, restaurants, cafes and local shops around. Also, there is mini market just across the street, bakery at 200 meters (3min on foot), super market at 400meters (4min on foot), nearest traditional tavern 400 meters and the nearest beach is at 600 meters. There is pharmacy at 1000meters (10min on foot) and Wash and Dry 400meters. The apartment is only 18min away from Heraklion Airport and about 20 minutes away from the port of Heraklion by car.
