One issue with hotel

Hotel is fine. Concept is terrific, Hotel Smart BnB. However one fault was there was no hot water and issue was not corrected following communication with agent.

Jammer dat een drukke weg (ook s'nachts) ligt en dat we een kamer hadden aan de kant van de weg. Verder kan de schoonmaak wat meer letten op details. Voor de rest een prima verblijf.

Bon séjour mais …

C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service petit déjeuner et surtout, la surprise sur le gâteau, à mon lever du matin, il n’y avait plus de courroie dans la chambre. Je n’avais plus de lumière, plus de courant pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux. Il faut dire que ce genre de surprise ne me passionne pas forcément.

Preis-Leistung war völlig ok. Prima war der Kaffeeautomat auf dem Flur. Telefonischer Kontakt war sofort da und sehr freundlich. Lediglich die Lage war uns etwas zu laut. Ansonsten alles ok.
