Newly renovated and fully equipped vacation home upstairs with sep. Entrance and parking right outside the front door. Our apartment is located on the upper floor, is a Non smoking apartment and has Wi-Fi. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: A double bed (200x200 cm), headboards from the slatted frames are height-adjustable, 2-door wardrobe, ironing board and iron. Here is also room for the existing extra bed (90x200 cm). Also here, upon previous request, a baby bed can be set up and provided for you. Bedroom 2: Two single beds (100x200 cm) which can be separated or put together, as well as a 2-door wardrobe. The anteroom to the bedrooms is a reading room, equipped with a reading lamp, "Hörnstuhl", books and brochures. Fully equipped kitchenette incl. Oven, coffee maker, Senseo, microwave and raclette. The living u. Dining room is equipped with satellite TV. The dining room corner is furnished with a pull-out table, corner seat and 2 chairs. A high chair is available behind the corner seat and can be easily assembled. The living area is furnished with a large table, couch and 2 armchairs. Here the available sports equipment can be used. Also here is a well-filled bookshelf with different themes and in the dresser are housed some board games. Bathroom with shower / corner entry (100x100 cm) and toilet. From the living area there is the loggia, equipped with a glass table and 6 aluminum chairs and an electric grill. The pads are stowed in the living area behind the dresser in a storage box. From the loggia, you also have a look into our garden, where your children can spend time at the playground equipment available there. Of course we also have a garaging for your brought bikes. If you need bicycles, we are happy to provide you with some.

Enjoy the rural idyll on our 14 sqm loggia. Here you can relax and watch with some luck the local deer while eating. We offer a wonderfully quiet and rural location along the German Fehnroute. Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the municipality Hesel, geographically centered between the cities Leer (about 15 km) and Aurich (about 20 km). These larger cities invite you to stroll, shop and dine. Not far from our apartment, about 10 min. Footpath, there is the park "Am Gut Stikelkamp". On a leisurely walk, discover Gut Stikelkamp, ​​which is more hidden and off the main roads, amidst nearly 60 hectares of forest. Even in the nearby Heseler forest there is much to discover, such as. B. the deserted village of the former Klosters, a forest adventure playground, a tree trail and not forgetting the flora and fauna. Once a week we are visited by a fresh food service, here you can make your purchase right outside the front door. It also supplies eggs, poultry and sausages, as well as cheeses, vegetables, fruits and bread and pastries from the local region, depending on the season. Also, our road is visited by a baker's car for the weekend, where purchases can be made. In the village of Hesel, about 2 km away, there are numerous shops and an indoor pool.

Wir haben uns seht wohl gefühlt, es war alles da was man so brauchte. Nachts war die belebte Straße etwas störend. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Fahrradwege ideal für schöne Touren.

Wohnung ist im ersten Stock. Schlaf und Wohnbereich durch Küche und Flur getrennt. Badezimmer geht durch den Wohn- und Essbereich das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst schöne große Räume. Sehr gute Verdunklung. Sehr gute Fenster Verteilung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war rund um zufrieden.

Das Einzige was bei mir einen kleinen Minuspunkt bekam ist, dass verschiedene Dinge nicht viel rhanden waren wie vom Kniffelspiel der Block und ein Kartoffelstampfer. Was ich im Gegenzug sehr schön fand ist, dass mir sogleich in diesen Belangen von der Vermieterin Abhilfe verschafft wurde. Z.B. bekam ich am ersten Tag Milch von ihr, die ich vergaß einzukaufen. Was wiederum auch schade war ist, dass auf der Loggia nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Es war alles voller Spinnweben sowie Blätter auf dem Boden und Staub auf dem Tisch. Ansonsten war es perfekt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, so dass man sich mit ihr auch unterhalten konnte.
