THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN
The property is arranged across one level on the first floor. Access is only by the traditional stone steps and not suitable for guests with walking/mobility issues.

Lounge – Comfortable sofa and armchair, exposed wooden beams and a log burner.
Kitchen/Dining Area – Fully equipped with everything needed for home cooking, including essential appliances and dining space for shared meals.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King size bed and an additional single bed, bedside furniture, and en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite – Bathtub with overhead shower, toilet, and wash basin.

The surrounding farm is a working area so children should be supervised at all times.

Please note that, due to the spring water supply at the property, guests must use bottled water for drinking, food preparation, and brushing teeth. The owners kindly provide bottles of water free of charge.
