Arrived at property and didn’t have check in instructions. I was able to contact Chad and he sent me the check in instructions. The code system on this door is difficult to use since you can’t tell if you are pushing the button with the road noise around. It is a tiny house so you have a king bed in the room downstairs and barely any room to get around it. The bed takes up most of 85-90% of the room. Walking upstairs there are 2 queen beds. After hitting my head a couple times I left that area to my son. Definitely a couple kids and a wife, but overall we made it work. Upon checking in I checked the tiny home and found someone’s kids sock under one of the beds and didn’t look like it was cleaned very well upstairs. Found a pillow with some type of stain on it, and in the corner of the tv in the bedroom looked like a kid drew on the tv and corner of the wall. I sent Chad a picture or show him and didn’t ever hear back. Again I feel we paid a lot for this tiny home in the location, being it is part of what looks like a motel they have redone and there is very minimal parking for the 6 tiny houses they have. All of the parking is for the motel. There is 1 and a half parking spots for 6 tiny houses. We got through it and made the best out of it, but would not recommend and would pick a different place next time.
