It’s a well curated place with 6 bungalow’s and a nice pool, overall done with care and good taste However it’s overpriced for what you get especially considering that it is located in a very rough and poorly maintained area with abandoned constructions projects , junks and hazards around the property, access to the tiny beach require going through concrete waist and rusted metals, to be fair it’s pretty much all over Santa Catalina not just this property. The other reason I think is overpriced is the property do not provide any service such as basic cleaning during your stay any food, drinks simply the small habitation and a shared pool.

The room was amazing and so thoughtfully decorated. The pool area was so relaxing. Great area and short walk to town. Also very close beach access. Clara was very helpful with recommendations in the area. 10/10 will be back.
