The hotel is surrounded by many restaurant and shopping places. The building is old, mattress and spring box are old. The cover on the spring box was torn. Guest staying there were loud outside and scary.

They had no elevator, expecting me to climb stairs with a person who has a disability, then wanted to put me in a room that smell like cigarettes were embedded in the wall. I will never stay at the best Western again Holly over price price for what they offer and they blamed it all on Expedia

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the check in was very good and the staff were very friendly. There are 2 reasons I did not give 5 stars. The water pressure was not good and there was a “party” in the parking lot right outside of our room that kept me up later than I would have liked.
